Join us for a wonderful outdoor yoga practice with the North Shore Mountains as the back drop! From Eagles to crows, birds and nature have inspired yoga philosophies and practices for centuries. Join us for a one hour bird-inspired yoga class that will explore the bird, wildlife, and nature imagery and inspiration present in yoga. The class will be led by Ornithologist and Certified Yoga Instructor Kate Fremlin and Certified Yoga Instructor Tracy Groshak. This class is suitable for all levels, including those new to yoga. Please bring your own yoga mat and water.
